At Loom & Bloom, your comfort and satisfaction come first. We proudly offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy on eligible items.
30-Day Hassle Free Returns
Our throw blankets and pillows may be returned within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging
- All promotional, free, or bundled items must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
- Items must not be sent back to the manufacturer
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email regarding approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2–7 business days after processing.
In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if items show signs of use or are returned incomplete.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card provider, as posting times may vary
- Reach out to your bank for processing updates

Gifts
- Items marked as a gift and shipped directly to you will receive a gift credit once returned
- If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective product, please contact our Customer Service team within 3 days of delivery with video proof of the defect.
Once the item is reviewed and confirmed, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement after the defective item is received.
