Where can I find the status of my order? After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. Inside that email, you’ll find a link that lets you check your order status and view tracking updates at any time.

How do I change or cancel my order after placing it? If you need to change or cancel an order, please email Support@Loom&Bloom.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to make adjustments if the order hasn’t shipped yet.

How can I track my order? Once your order ships, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.

• If the link doesn’t open, copy and paste the tracking number into Google
• You can also visit the carrier’s website and bookmark the tracking page to keep an eye on your order. 

How long does shipping take? Most packages shipped via ground and will arrive in 2-4 weeks depending on your shipping address location. If you prefer alternate shipping options, please contact us to make an arrangements. 

Do you charge for shipping? We offer free standard shipping on orders over $250, but for smaller orders, sharing shipping costs helps us continue providing quality products and reliable service. All applicable shipping fees are clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Do you ship internationally? At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom.

What is Full-Cover Shipping? Full-Cover Shipping is our premium protection option that includes standard tracking and coverage against loss, damage, or theft during transit, giving you extra peace of mind with your purchase.
